I can't rate Essence in Birmingham too highly. I needed a very short term let (three months) at very short notice. Of the six Birmingham letting agents I emailed, only two got back to me at all and one of those said they didn't do less than six month contracts. Essence was the only one who actually offered me practical assistance. I'm very pleased with the flat and its location. Thank you, Wei and Neil!

Essence property is one of the best companies I have rented from. Although there were small teething problems when we first moved in, Charlene was amazing and dealt with us swiftly to rectify the issues.
