As a portfolio investor, I've been working with a variety of estate agencies. Frances from Essence is one of the top person to speak to. She has displayed an in-depth knowledge of the area, always greets you with a smile on her face, and she is not afraid of telling you the truth, even if it hurts. What I am most impressed by, is that she actually spends time to understand the needs and wants of her clients. I’d call her a property consultant more than an agent; I would recommend booking an appointment, if you can get one that is, with her if you are looking to buy or invest in the city centre or surrounding area.

With my extremely pleasant experience with the folks at Essence property investment, I just had to leave a review, as a small token of my appreciation. Having been a student, and now a working professional, I have had to relocate many times in the last decade, and therefore had to deal with numerous agencies. I honestly wish all estate and rental agencies were operating like the way Essence properties conduct their business. A fine gentleman by the name of Neil, had dealt with my move from start to finish. From the first call, he managed to organise the viewing the very next day. Once I confirmed the apartment, all the paperwork and the necessary legal obligations were completed with such ease. Highly impressed! Throughout the process Neil and his lovely team, kept me updated with my application, and I was relocated to my new apartment in no time! Even the aftercare service has been absolutely spot on!
