I was looking for a letting agency to help me let and manage my apartment when I am away. Essence Property was recommended to me by a friend, after I told them the agency I was using was struggling to let my apartment. I did not expect too much at the beginning. However, they not only found me a nice couple within 4 days, but also achieved higher rent. I am really pleased with their services. Recommend and will definitely use them again.
